Terms & Conditions

These terms explain what you get when you buy a book or course from Math With Chukz, and what I ask of you in return. By buying, you agree to them, so please read them before you pay.

1. Who you are buying from

Math With Chukz is run by Chukwudi Ekweani (Chukz), an independent mathematics teacher based in Nigeria. The business is registered as MATH WITH CHUKZ ONLINE MATHEMATICS TRAINING, at 507C Bashir Isah Drive, Dantata Estate, Kubwa, FCT, Nigeria. 2. Agreeing to these terms

These Terms & Conditions are a binding agreement between you and MATH WITH CHUKZ ONLINE MATHEMATICS TRAINING. They apply when you use mathwithchukz.com and whenever you buy a book, course or other product from me. By using the website or paying for an order, you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of adulthood where you live, to make a purchase. A younger learner may use the books and the course with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on the learner's behalf.

3. What you are buying

The books and the course are written and published independently by me. They are not produced, approved or endorsed by Pearson, Edexcel or any exam board. All questions, examples and solutions are my own original work.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars on the website before you pay. Payments are handled securely by PayPal, by Flutterwave, or by our checkout partner Lemon Squeezy, so I never see or store your card details. If you pay through Lemon Squeezy, they act as the seller of record for your order, and their terms also apply.

5. How you receive your purchase

After your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with your receipt and a private link. For the books, the link opens your own download page. For the course, it opens your private course page. If the email does not arrive within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder and then write to me.

6. Your licence: one copy for one person

When you buy a book or the course, you get a personal licence to use it for your own learning. You may read the books on any of your devices and print them for your own study.

You may not share, copy, upload, resell or give away the files, the printouts or your private links, whether in full or in part. Each book is stamped with the buyer's name and order number, so a copy that is shared can be traced back to the order it came from. If I find that a copy has been shared, I may switch off the links for that order.

Teachers, tutors and schools who want to use the books with a class can write to me for a group licence.

7. Using the website fairly

You agree not to misuse the website, for example by trying to get into parts of it you have not paid for, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful. If these terms are broken, I may switch off access to the products in that order, as explained in the refund policy.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and payment disputes are explained in full on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page, which forms part of these terms. In short, the books can be refunded within 7 days if they have not been downloaded, and the course within 30 days of buying.

9. Accuracy and results

I check every answer carefully, but if you find a mistake, please tell me and I will correct it in the next update. The books and course are study aids, and I cannot promise any particular exam grade or result, because that also depends on your own practice.

10. Limits of my responsibility

As far as the law allows, I am not responsible for any indirect loss that comes from using the website, the books or the course. If something goes wrong with an order, the most I am responsible for is the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed.

11. Disputes

If there is a problem, please write to me first so we can try to sort it out together, following the steps on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page. If it still cannot be settled, it may be taken to the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.

12. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on this page on the day you bought.

13. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
