This page explains what information I collect when you use this website, sign up for something, or buy from me, and what I do with it. I collect only what I need, and I never sell your information.

Who is responsible for your information

Math With Chukz is run by Chukwudi Ekweani (Chukz), an independent mathematics teacher based in Nigeria. The business is registered as MATH WITH CHUKZ ONLINE MATHEMATICS TRAINING, at 507C Bashir Isah Drive, Dantata Estate, Kubwa, FCT, Nigeria. You can reach me at any time at class@mathwithchukz.com or on +234 703 139 2256, and all my contact details are on the contact page.

What I collect

• When you sign up for the free notebook or the waitlist: your first name and email address.
• When you buy something: your name, email address, what you bought, the amount, and the order or transaction number. Your card details go straight to PayPal, Flutterwave or Lemon Squeezy, and I never see or store them.
• When you email me: your email address and whatever you choose to write.

Why I use it

• To send you what you asked for, such as the free notebook, your receipt, your download link or your course link.
• To stamp your name and order number onto your copy of each book, so that it is clearly your licensed copy.
• To send you emails about maths and my courses if you signed up for them. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
• To answer your questions, handle refunds, and keep proper business records.

The services that help me run the website

I use a small number of trusted companies to run this website, and each one only receives the information it needs to do its job:

• Netlify hosts the website and keeps the record of each order.
• PayPal, Flutterwave and Lemon Squeezy process payments.
• MailerLite sends the free notebook and my email updates.
• Zoho Mail sends receipts and handles my business email.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts used on the pages.

Some of these companies are based outside Nigeria, so your information may be stored or processed in other countries, under their own privacy protections.

How long I keep it

I keep order records for as long as I need them for business and tax purposes, and so that I can resend your download or course link if you lose it. Email list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to class@mathwithchukz.com. If I delete your order record, I will no longer be able to resend your links, so I will let you know before I do it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The payment pages run by PayPal, Flutterwave and Lemon Squeezy may use their own cookies to process your payment safely.

Children

Many of my students are teenagers. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to help you when you sign up or buy something.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I use your information, I will update this page and change the date at the top.
